Re: Davis & Associates - R.I.P.

I have no recent communication with Mick. He made good on the employee paychecks, except for one part: we are not going to be paid for some major sweep work we did in several California towns. We were told EMPHATICALLY(with no two ways about it) that we had to finish some sweep work for MASTEC in these towns and payment for the aforementioned work was rejected by MASTEC. We were told that a whole node was ready to be swept. We did the best we could with massive problems and temps galore, and it went unpaid for, after working our asses off in the 100 degree heat.

So, to sum up: most of us got paid, but several people are STILL out major amounts of: time spent and money invested, partly thanks to MASTEC and partly due to Mick.
