Well I am no expert by any means but I believe that the band width of 1 channel is 6 mhz. How many channels are you trying to compress into this bandwidth,ie.. whats your compression ratio. What type of HE equipment are you planning on purchasing or do you have some in use allready? What is the total bandwidth of your system and how much of it are you utilizing? What type of field equipment do you have and are you a 2 way system yet?
I know that this doesn't help but it is some info that needs to be answered, bfore your question can be answered.
