Same as a lot of other companies now. Lack of work, management heavy, and not utilizing more subs than in house. They are /were great people to work for. They went out of their way to accommodate a lot people in tough situations. When I started as a sub all I had was a drill and some hand tools. They gave me everything I needed and let me pay it off when I could. I really can't say anything bad about the owners at all. They took care of me well. I know they are trying to explore other avenues to compensate for the lack of upgrade work and hope it works out for them.
