Then they come to ask will we take 40 cents on the dollar! We filed suit December 2001 and have a jury date for January 2004!!
What is worst this company isn't bankrupt and does this to allot of the small compines out there. What ever happen to honoring the verbal and written agreement?
We would rather deal with the small companies they still have honor!
