There isn't really a quick way to get them here. I've had experience doing just what you are asking about. There are a few steps:
1. They need a work visa (ofcourse)
2. You need to draft a Letter of Intent stating what the job is, how much it pays (exaggerate, the larger the better), and roughly how long it will take (indefinite is a good choice). Over all make it sound attractive.
3. Send the original copy of the letter with endorsement to your worker.
4. They should have a Lawyer on their end (speeds up the process) to validate your letter, and make a short statement pertaining to the charater of your new worker.
5. Find a Guard that is approachable, and friendly...this definatly helps. This is the person who can make or break the situation. Ultimatly they decide if they can come to the
U.S. to work.
