If I remember correctly, you open up the spec sheets and you will find that the specs given are all referenced at a certain output level. Use the high frequeuncy level as your reference. This may be 33 dBmV @ 550 as an example. Then you pad for the difference in the AGC. So if you run the module at 36 dBmv you would use a 3 dB pad. I f you call SA and ask to speak to an applications engineer (Thats what theyr'e there for) You can get answers also.
