Ive used the scout and every R/B made. I have found by farv the best tdr is the 1205c. Ive used it for almost every type of cable out there. The fact that it is acurate is certain. the desighn itself is flawless. If you look into it you will find that the internals are charged w/ pressurized gas to keep water out of the enclosure. Were talking brilliance here. Good luck in your search.
