For me nothing beat Nettest. They have 2 models, the CMA4000 and a cheaper version called the "FiberHawk". Both do 1310 and 1550- nm. The FiberHawk can do 30 dB at 1310 nm and 28 dB at 1550 nm. The CMA4000 does 30/28 or 36/24 or 40 dB @ 1310 and 1550 nm. Both are easy to use and last forever. Hope this help.
