Federal law requires employers to pay time and a half, foot and a half, or piece and a half to any employee required to work more than 8 hours and day or 40 hours per week. Some states require employers to pay both ( 8 & 40 ). If your a Sub, your screwed. If your working for a Sub, you have the right to the wage or the 40 hour work week.
