I agree that there are some honest companies, as well as employees & subs. The problem that I have personally seen is, as a sub, the prime wants to stretch your pay out, so basically you are financing their contract, also I have seen the pay reduced so many times lately, that a guy does well to eat ramen noodles(flavor of your choice) anymore. Then we can throw in the old More for Less attitude, I do more & the prime pays me less..........
I could go on & on...........
