All I know from Q.C.ing there is that there were MANY VGRs NOT done, Ground rods NOT done and these were neglected by 2 subs that I know of. They were only asking for grounds at the actives (in ground) OR ground at the active or the pole before or after the active. These subs in question couldn't even get them done, too good to them I guess. I did PLENTY of them myself
