I believe you should have had a price before you did the work.
1 for the men, 1 for the truck and 1 for your machine. As for the emergency, after hours or during work day. All apply and make sure your price reflects the above circumstances.( each man involved) especially if charging hourly.i.e if you have to pay for it, work it into your price, just do not over do it.
