Former Charter exec pleads guilty to fraud charge (CHTR) by David B. Wilkerson
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS.MW) -- Former Charter Communications (CHTR) Senior Vice President David McCall pleaded guilty on Friday to a felony charge of conspiracy to commit wire fraud. McCall, one of four ex-Charter executives indicted Thursday on charges that they defrauded investors, faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Sentencing has been set for Oct. 17.
