This is what I don't understand, You would think that a Manager would realize that if you treat someone right and fair that he'd stay with you and do quality work for ya, but all they want to do is make you work 12-14 hr days 6 days a week for about a 3rd of what ya used to make in 5 days! i do apologize for jumpin on here and takin my frustrations out on I think it was Jack, Everybody needs to work and you are right there are good and bad offices in about every large company. I do not sit here while you all work though, this is my entertainment in the evenings and I worked a full 10 hr day today. I started in the cable industry in 79 and man what a turn this ride has takin. I think i'll just read for awhile and let ya all do the talkin, but i do remember when being a service tech in this industry was a GREAT thing!!
