After 30 years in the telephone business I wouldn't work a strike for less than $50 per hr and thats less than the company's rates the cost of their people. And any body who tries to pay less should be run out of business.
The guy paying $10+ is making a killing or he is just stupid.
I say don't work a strike till the strikers start doing damage to the plant and then its time for action.
