Thanks all. Cops found our truck about 30 miles away on the side of the road still running. Bins are empty, back window broken, and of course now we dont even have to use a key to start it. Why someone would drive the truck from a country location to the middle of Chicago to steal our stuff is beyond me. Think they may have had other plans then changed their minds. It was parked in a pretty remote location and no one there has any security cameras. Couldn't get the cops interested enough to check for prints either.
Guess it will all end up ok with insurance and everything but its been a huge pain and more time off work. Something a small company with a few people and two trucks cant afford especially with the cable industry being the way it has been these last couple years. Just venting
