I have figured out who he is he has scammed and conned several contractors from califprnia to New york. He goes from town to town acting like a nice guy who is down on his luck, then with his 4 kids and wife pleads for a short term loan so he can rent a place to stay (He'll pay it back) he tells you that he was ripped off by a previous contractor and is flat broke. I even know one contractor that put them all up in his house for a week. Then he "Borrows" the money and says he'll pay back every penny as soon as he gets back on his feet. As soon as he gets his first paycheck, and the borrowed money (I know of at least 3 different contractors he took $3,000 from the last one) he leaves town.
