I have talked from Indy to Chicago and from Indy to about Altoona, Pa. Then in the state of NY and in DC. However, the guy that I deal with is also saying that there are phases that they are going through. Talking from Chicago to Indy, which we couldnt do when we first got there, was the first stage of connecting regions. He has also told me that it is "supposed" to be nation-wide the first of August. Now whether that means on the first or within the first week or what, who knows. Good luck.
