Whats up with Charter Lay-Offs? It used to be if you had a cable in-house job that meant early retirement and a steady income! Will this business ever turn around? From what I have seen, it looks like middle management is taking the biggest hit. Is that where all the crooks are? Who are you going to have to pay for jobs or work now, installers?
