You can go to www.cableyellowpages.com ,go to the white pages under systems by state ,get the phone# to the MSO or the SSO. Call them ask to speak to someone in charge of construction.Talk to them they will usaully tell you what is going on and give you a # for the prime. Hope this helps "WHITFIELD"
