I've had all my invoices paid, but only got a partial release on retainage even though I signed a new contract that said 30 days NO RETAINAGE. This is the Roanoke Division, never had any problems with Ed Patek and Ft. Myers Division. Good luck maybe they will pay us all someday soon.
