I got one for you, he charges his installers for nextel radios to call in every job, and only allows 800 minutes. Nextel charges 35 cents per minute for over minutes, Troy charges 75 cents! Brings lots of people in to handle the work, to the point no one has enough work, and if you quit because you cant make money, you loose your money because you have to give him a 30 day written notice of quitting. Thats why he went through 66 installers last year. Wonder how many 2 week checks of former employees went to pay for that new 4 door truck!
