It really depends on who you are doing the work for. The property owner, mso, prime, or contractor.
I've heard of people offering as little as $16/ homerun, and I've recently charged the property owner as much as $170/ homerun ( labor plus material) plus $5/ft for cable ready or conduit ( which was $100 less than the electrician wanted).
AT&T primes were paying $51/ apt. for up to 3 outlets just a few months ago.
