First, find out what the company (s) you will be contracting to will require for insurance. Then go to the state (all states are different in their needs), they can tell you the rest of the story. I would recomend getting a good bookeeper/accountant. If you are going to attempt to do this yourself (if you are small scale) you should think about using quickbooks as your software. The biggest piece of advice I can give is, keep up on your taxes.
