Are you talking about the downstream SNR or upstream SNR ? I assume its only affecting one node? need more details, but it seems to me whatever the case its gonna require some persistance, and if it's something thats happening at regular times and its an upstream issue, then it looks like it's time to hang some meters at the node on peak hold looking at the individual legs, and find out where the ingress or CPD is coming from. Had a similiar situation where an arc welder was causing the noise floor to go to ****, and it took forever to pinpoint where he was. Needed several meters hanging at the node, then 1st amps out off that leg, etc etc.
