it is my belief that cable will turn into a dish on everyones home.
The money that will be saved in construction and the rest will go into R and D. I see a merger with alot more companies and alot of people out of work.
I have money invested in a company right now that is going through the major hassle of patents and legal work.
The will be taking your cable box and turning it into a video store.
You can rent a movie through your set top box and it will go away in 24 hours. Its a whole library just like blockbuster. They are in the works for one standard set top box to receive everything from your dish.
Your TV,ISP,Phone will be as one.
They are already testing this in several communities.
You will still have cable in your smaller markets for years but I believe it will be phased out.
I will be worm food when it all happens but it is coming.
