If the ATI stands for American Telecommunications, Inc., they are a "wireless" cable & web service provider, based out of Colorado Springs, CO. If this is the company in question, they are just like any other MMDS provider, limited channel space, telephony return, (although they were attempting to develop a two way path, I am not aware of how those trials turned out). As far as service providers go, depending on how deep in cascade you are from the headend in a normal CATV plant, thier pictures are actually better. The only problem, is of course, tree fade...
