Re: Time Warner problems;does anyone else have it

Drop count; about what you would expect after 5 staight days of rain. TWC has had a major shack up in the upper office lately and I feel it's a big part of it. Over the last year it has gone from 30 days completion to 15,10 and now 7 (really 6 days). In the prime meeting last week it was discussed that TWC was taking over 80% of the installation side but didn't want any part of the drops due to liability and it was talked about going to 4 day drop completion and they didn't care if it rained, snowed or what mother nature threw down - they wanted them in the ground! In a perfect world where a prime has a contract and has 1000 machines on hand to bury drops and gives each crew 1 a day to complete then TWC is happy and that's basically what they are looking for but this is not a perfect world and there are very few of us old cable dogs that can do the job (easy or hard) correctly.
