Yep. Quality company Mastec is. They somehow wormed their way into a national management contract, and you know what's funny? If everybody quit subbing from them tomorrow, they would fall flat on their ass! They have not the resources nor the ability to finish a major job by themselves! All of the this at the expense of the sub, and for a 35-45% take on their end to push paper. Nice scam they've got going. Just Beautiful.
