Re: Why Contractors leaving Job?

I have seen our pay drop over the last 20 years due to want-a be's who think they can come in to our area that we know like the back of our hand and take over the contract with dropped prices. They hang around for 8 months to a year because their uncle,brother,sister,mother works in the big office and that's how they got it in the first place making a mess of what we've kept straight for years and then the big man steps in and they are gone and who do they call to clean up;you guessed it but the price has gone down if we want. The cable companies have got stupid over the years and have forgot why they are in business - the consumer, and all of the select few of us who take our profession seriously are caught up in their stupidity.
