Are you suggesting a self-imposed, unorganized strike against an entity that just doesn't get it or care in the first place? I've already witnessed the MSO theory that an untrained "warm body in a truck" beats having no body at all. Trust me, the pool of "willing to accept lower wages immigrants" does not have a shallow end and they'll swarm the job market quicker that you can shout "where's yer greencard!"
The best way maybe to help keep this from happening is some would should start a company called "Border Patrol" construction and CLEARLY label the trucks but make sure the word construction is printed really small.. Pay a guy to drive around where ever there's work going on and watch how many of 'em bail!! Of course in the convoluted demented world I live in, I think this would be fun..
