They always refer to their contract only when it suits them.
My contract says 30 day's out from approved invoice. As of Monday I will be out 42 days on my last approved gig free invoice.
I have called no less than 20 times and emailed about the same.
With NO reponse what so ever. When you do get ahold of someone they pass the buck to another.
I do cable tv and should not have to play bill collector. I have expenses which must be paid on time.
So using a good factoring company ensures me that I can meet my financial obligations and not pass on weak excuses to the people with whom I do business with.
As soon as I am paid in full by this prime I will not only burn the bridge,I will blow it up.I have complete and total documentation of the game I have played with this company and will be posting it in it's entirety
