I am speaking with several Embassy's on the reconstruction of Iraq.
At this point, the infastructure of the phone and cable systems with be left down.
The wireless is being used only as a temperary solution!
It is "Unsafe" and a "Low Priority" work right now!
BUT!
It will be being reconstructed!
I will try to take a digital PIC of the documentation when I get it so you know I'm not blowing smoke!
