From my knowledge, ADELPHIA has had Homstead, FL since before Hurricane Andrew blew it off the map back in 1992-93. I remember that they had in-house Adelphia folks try to keep the wagon rolling by utilizing out-of-state Adelphia employees on the rebuild. That is where many amplifiers were stolen from the system (cut out of system before the HE was rebuilt) after much of the plant was rebuilt. Many horror stories from that area after Hurricane Andrew.
