XL is an ecellant company to work for. Pay on time and are very professional. If you don't do quality work though don't waste your time or theirs. I worked for them in Tracy, CA. Just left because Mastec came in as prime and changed everything to piece work. Am going back to work for XL in Montana. Hope this helps you.
