Hammond, Louisanna has been shut down since before Christmas. Charter was using Comscope .700 trunk and feeder with a small amount of .840 cable. Rumor has it they have signed p.o.'s but Crown Fiber has their material locked up in Crown's warehouse pending a dispute.
