Well, I just found out that the exec. that held his brothers hand (it wasn't his son after all) to get the contract was terminated..Guess he'll go to work for his brother now, Adelphia doesn't hold ya to that 6 month non-compete clause...I don't suppose his bro will pay him that 60K or so salary that he's become accustomed to but then if ya skim enough off the wages of your subs I suppose anything is possible...
