No, fix the problem, I agree with the comment about calling the local cable commission and offically complain, that will stir up a phone call to the local GM. I will get fixed then, hopefully for us contractors it will be a bad piece of cable needing replacing or maybe a new fiber run.
Before you tell someone to drop cable and the revenue lost to the mso's is not missed, then tell a thousand or ten thousand before you know it the 40% lost on contracts looks good because in 2005 it may be 60%. Yes, it is 2003 and the cable business has changed. Support who supports us (local contractors).
