If it were me hungry for work I think I would try to be the first to call on the job. Yet I see so many replies with phone numbers and email addresses for the employer to call them. I dontknow about most of you guys and girls but if I were doing the hiring the last thing I would do is call people myself and ask them to come to work. I realize there are many people who don't put the number on the "ad" which would only leave email communication but if the number is there, use it.
