I most certainly wouldn't let it go without a credit. I work for comcast and we offer $20 for each time we are late or miss an appointment, sounds like your credits are adding up..... Those boxes can only be hit twice anyways and then they crash, so they can keep on trying, but after the second hit, it won't work anyways. Don't let them get away with it. Good luck.
