Unfortunately, regardless of the avenue taken most will not see all, if any, of their money. Also, as someone else mentioned in an early post. If there are "little guys" looking for money then there are probably some big fish with attorneys who have already attempted to stake their claim. Again, good luck to any of you trying. I hate to see the working get screwed.
