You are asking a loaded question. Your answer really lies in your scope of work. That includes but not limited to:
Type of documentation-- Do you want forward and reverse swept? Do you require EOL Forward and/or Reverse sweep pictures?
Specifications on Forward/Return path POP-- ie # of channels proofed, Ingress tolerances on the Return path, etc...
Miles of plant/ easement percentage, aerial vs. underground
Work time allowances --- can you work 4 ( yes some jobs dont want Friday work to allow for weekend service call reduction) 5,6,7 days and hours allowed to work 7am-5pm, night work only, etc..
Supervision Requirements -- some MSO's require an on site supervisor while others allow the sweep/certification team to do their thing.
Dont mean to avoid your question, but a good contractor will look at the variables prior to bidding on a job. To give you a good start though, I am seeing typical rates of $0.18/ft to $0.32/ft with the rate going up from the lower price as the scope of work requires more detailed certification documentation.
Hope that helps! [idea
