ANY Telsta, B or C will run circles around any Altec (junk-tec). Posi-plus by Baker is a solid unit but who has $100,000 to spend on one. Obviously the C is a better truck but the B is still a workhorse if you can find one that's been well maitained. The B is also 50% cheaper to a C on a comparable truck. Hope this helps. Good luck.
