You can't lay all the blame on Orius, some of it has to go to the former owners of the companies that they bought i.e. (Excel, U.S. Cable, Channel, CableMasters, Mitchcom etc.) they got greedy at a time when the going was good and sold out for more than their companies were really worth, all of us would have done the same when someone comes along flashing more dollars than you know your company is worth, sure Orius should be to blame for paying so much, but bottom line is the former owners greed is the reason for the downfall of these once good companies, they are the ones who sold out their employees and are off living high off the hog laughing now!
