A Union would help just like it has helped several other industries in this country. It would at least force nogotiations on Echostar and it's board members to listen to our complaints and the power of picketing and Press are a huge thing. We would have the backing of the AFL-CIO and the FCC along with the NEA. All we need is more voices telling others about the major problems in our industry so that we can all stick together to make a change.
