Re: SURFBoard 4100 error logs

The 4100 displays SYNC errors when it falls out of sync with the server. This most often occurs because of lousy signal to noise ratios, most often brought about by low signal or a bad modem. Look in your logs and extract the upstream, and more importantly, the downstream readings. You will find your answer there.
