The ultimate decision's and the agenda of a contractor (Prime or sub) who conduct buisness in that manner, is a clear indication of their chacter as individuals and as professionals. The manner in which they act reflects greed with no concern to an honest and moral approach to a problem. This behavior trickles down and shows in their lack of managment & efficiancy of a project. Which in turn effects the integrity and quality of the plant that they build.
