Uhhh...... Sounds to me like you're an employee. Not to mention an employee that's gettin' hosed too. These people think that the only thing that makes you a contractor is the 1099 they send you. They get the best of both worlds. They get to treat you like an employee and pay you like a contractor. It ain't right but unfortunately happens all the time.
