If your looking for used equipment there are a few procurement companys located throughout the states that have quite a bit of equipment that can be picked up reasonably. A couple that I know of is New Century CATV (newcenturycatv.com) and Midwest Cable Services (midwestcableservices.com), both located in the Mid West. Pico's web site i believe is picomacom.com.
