This is exactly why there are so many lawsuits by subs towards companies. We have one and its been 2 years and with no end in sight. the prime screwed us and now they want the company because they had control over the prime and that constitutes being an employee!!! Thats by federal law boys, and it seems like subs keep getting the short end more and more. What are we to do is what Im asking of anyone out there?
